Билим АКИpress — В 39 пилотных школах практически все родители поддержали проект по аренде учебников. Об этом сайту Билим АКИpress сообщили в Министерстве образования и науки.

По информации МОН, в 2016-2017 учебном году проводился пилотный проект по аренде учебников в 39 школах Жайылского района согласно распоряжению правительства. «Были проведены встречи с родителями, учителями и администрацией школ», — сообщили в Министерстве образования и отметили, что родители в целом довольны.

Согласно Порядку аренды учебников в общеобразовательных организациях, утвержденного постановлением правительства №671 от 16 октября 2017 года, администрация школы бесплатно обеспечивает учебниками следующие категории учащихся:

— из многодетных семей (пять и более детей);
— из малообеспеченных семей, получающих социальные пособия;
— из семей, где один или оба родителя являются инвалидами I или II группы;
— из семей с одним родителем;
— из семей военнослужащих, сотрудников правоохранительных органов, погибших или ставших инвалидами при исполнении воинского или служебного долга;
— дети-сироты, дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей;
— дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
Учащиеся из семей с 3-4 детьми, обучающимися в общеобразовательных организациях, оплачивают 50-процентную сумму арендной платы.

По предварительным расчетам, стоимость аренды одного учебника в начальных классах составит примерно 20-25 сомов в год, сообщили в Министерстве образования и науки.

Отмечено, что аренда вводится только за новые учебники, которые в настоящее время проходят адаптацию и будут отпечатаны к началу нового учебного года.

«Денежные средства, поступившие от аренды учебников, будут использованы исключительно на обновление учебников в библиотеке. Схема аренды позволит аккумулировать средства для замены отслуживших срок книг и разработки новых учебников. В случае успешной реализации данного проекта в течение пяти лет может сложиться устойчивая система самоокупаемости учебников», — ответили в МОН.

Аренда учебников будет поэтапно вводиться с 2018-2019 учебного года.
